047 [fourth of july action spam!]

[Damn this city gets CROWDED during a festival! Peeling out of the crowds below, Yosuke starts picking his way up the hillside, guitar-shaped hardcase in one hand and a plastic bag full of beer swinging from the other. The crowd is still sparse this far up, as the sun is only just beginning to set, and people are still too preoccupied with catching the tail end of the daylight hours to bother worrying about fireworks.

Which is what finds Yosuke standing at the crest of one of the highest hills in central city's famous park, in the shade of a morose-looking willow tree. With a shout that disrupts some of the other early birds scattered sparsely around them - mostly families and couples snuggling on blankets - he waves down the hill to his partner, who is currently carrying the other half of their gear.]

Hey, over here! This spot's perfect!!

[Kicking off his shoes, he climbs onto the blanket and pulls the bag of snacks towards him with one hand, rooting through it with the other. Finally settling on a mars bar, he opens the foil and takes a meditative bite, other hand going for the guitar. Hanamura Yosuke: god of multitasking.]
